I must be so annoying, EVERY YEAR around this time I go and gets me pair of Moccasins. As i was buying them my friend just shook her head and said

" jedes Jahr holst du dir solche Dinger/ every year you get these things" 

I like them. A lot. Also got this scarf. Talking about scarf, remember my leopard print pashmina???  I lost it! Some hoebag   someone took it. I turned around for a second and it was gone. I did cry a bit to be honest.

God I wish i was 15 again. You go out, meet your friends and just laze about town. ( ok, library more like...yeahh that's how cool we were). Today I met my dearest friend from school, haven't seen here for absolutely ages and all the nostalgic memories crept back. Remember when we finished college and just walked through town without no care in the world, when the hardest thing we had to do was decide what to wear that morning...life was so easy!

VINTAGE Footwear.

The main reason I'm writing this post is to gain insight into my readers' opinions on vintage footwear.

To be honest, I've always avoided second-hand footwear like the plague.
The thought of sharing a shoe with someone who could have sweat into it, not worn socks, or even worse, had some sort of foot infection, has always freaked me out.
And the fact that I don't particularly care for feet hasn't helped me very much either.

HOWEVER, this view was somewhat altered when I was in Urban Outfitters on Wednesday, and spied what were possibly the most perfect boots I have ever seen.
I've been on the hunt for some great black leather boots for quite some time now, and have finally come to accept that what I'm looking for will probably only be available in vintage.
Black, woven leather, lace-up boots with a little heel, they were exactly what I'd been searching for. And what's more, they fit me!

After much humming and hawing, I left the store without the boots.
Why?
Because I simply could not overcome my fear. When the boots were on my feet, I could feel the imprint of the previous owner and found myself almost shuddering at the thought.

Two days later, however, after trawling the internet and finding nothing worth comparing them to, I find myself wondering if I shouldn't just go back and buy the originals.
At €50, the price wasn't outrageous, and they did look great with my jeans..

TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY?; that is the question.

On the topic of shoes, I have an interview this Tuesday for a job at Office.  As it would be my first retail job, I'm really not sure what to expect of the interview, or what I should wear.

If anyone has any tips or indeed experience of working at Office, I'd really appreciate your comments and suggestions below this post.

SHOES.. 2am Ramblings.. Mmm.

I'm a girl, hence the decision to dedicate a late night post to; SHOES.

As I've been trawling the internet for a Trinity Ball dress (to no avail, might I add- suggestions welcome.) 

I've stumbled across quite a few gorgeous pairs of shoes.

Ok, we all know I have an obsession with Alexander McQueen..

But on the more realistic side of things..

KG- £180.

Carvela- £130.

Mmm..

Because I am 5"7.5, I rarely to never wear heels.  I only own one pair of wedges which can actually be classed as high, and two other pairs which are mid-height (blah)- all are black. 

Anyway, I really want to get a nice pair of heels.  Carvela or KG perhaps, seeing as they somewhat are within my budget.  We'll see!

The past week has been incredible boring so what do I do? I go shopping. I think all the Christmas lights made me buy dangly jewellery with lost of diamonds( *fakecough*)

 

I Love this watch but I think it’s slightly too much for daily wear. But then I do dress like a hobo( as my friends put it) so a lil’ bling might be the way forward.

Also remember when I was like *ohhh I can’t decide which shoes to get blaaaa blaa blaa*? I decided and went for the second pair, well i was gonna get both but bitches didn’t have my size!

I want new boots, no I need new boots and I have my eye on 2 inexpensive pairs but i can’t decide.

I’m really into Victorian styles at the moment, so I’m totally loving this AND it only has a kitten heel, which is perfect for me seeing that even my converse challenge me at times.

Then we have this sexy beast of a boot. I know I'll be able to stomp through the rain in these but then again heels and me??? Also, this might be a bit weird but they look quiet, I hate shoes that do the *clack clack* noise when you walk, these look quiet as I spy a gummy sole…
Decisions Decisions, to be honest I might just get both! Why stress myself… 

Edit: I should add that these boots are from Peacocks and yes I am getting both...
