Word on the street (or, in this case, on every lady blog I've come across) has it that Ellen Page and Alia Shawkat, along with Sean Tillman, have teamed up to pen a new series for HBO titled Stich 'N Bitch.
Please, I have to ask a favour -- can you please pinch me, for I certainly must be dreaming.
It's undeniable that the two actresses have a palpable on-screen chemistry. I mean, case and point: Whip It! Yes. It is yet another reason for you to go out and watch the film in theatres. Serious, the two balance one another well and their connection is genuine -- and this new project is additional proof of that, I should imagine.
So far, the buzz on the Interwebz describes the new show as following "two painfully cool hipster girls as they relocate from Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood to Los Angeles Silver Lake enclave in hopes of becoming artists - of any kind."
There's no definitive word as to whether Page and Shawkat will play these two hipsters kids, but OH MAN -- fingers crossed, ladies.
